Responsibilities

Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Content Specialist

to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller skilled in producing a wide range of content types—from long-form blogs and white papers to engaging short-form social media posts, sales enablement materials, and multimedia content such as videos and podcasts. This role demands strong SEO knowledge and a knack for creating content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences across multiple platforms, especially LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit long-form content including blogs, white papers, eBooks, and reports tailored to target personas.Produce compelling short-form content such as ad copy, social media posts, infographics, and promotional messages.Develop sales enablement collateral like case studies, one-pagers, battle cards, and client testimonials that support lead generation and nurturing efforts.Work closely with the SEO team to create search-optimized content that increases organic traffic and rankings.Support content strategy and calendar planning in alignment with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university
In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 - meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Strong knowledge and experience in SQL and a relational database, including the design and use of JSON, etc.
Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.
Strong object-oriented design and development skills
Ability to provide thought leadership while working closely with Consulting, AppDev, BI teams, BDMs and CAs for pre-sales
Ability to understand and prioritize the client’s technology needs and drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and business process maturity across different business functions
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Advanced technical skills and proven history of leading and supporting successful projects
