Content Specialist
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Content Specialist
to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller skilled in producing a wide range of content types—from long-form blogs and white papers to engaging short-form social media posts, sales enablement materials, and multimedia content such as videos and podcasts. This role demands strong SEO knowledge and a knack for creating content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences across multiple platforms, especially LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit long-form content including blogs, white papers, eBooks, and reports tailored to target personas.Produce compelling short-form content such as ad copy, social media posts, infographics, and promotional messages.Develop sales enablement collateral like case studies, one-pagers, battle cards, and client testimonials that support lead generation and nurturing efforts.Work closely with the SEO team to create search-optimized content that increases organic traffic and rankings.Support content strategy and calendar planning in alignment with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university
- In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 - meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

- Strong knowledge and experience in SQL and a relational database, including the design and use of JSON, etc.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.
- Strong object-oriented design and development skills
- Ability to provide thought leadership while working closely with Consulting, AppDev, BI teams, BDMs and CAs for pre-sales
- Ability to understand and prioritize the client’s technology needs and drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and business process maturity across different business functions
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Advanced technical skills and proven history of leading and supporting successful projects
