The Content Quality Manager directs a team of quality engineers to ensure high-quality product content—specifically job assessments and feedback reports—by creating test cases, defining quality approaches, developing tests, and reporting results, with a focus on content configured within our assessment platforms.An excellent benefits package is offered in a culture where career development, with ongoing manager guidance, collaboration, flexibility, diversity and inclusivity are all intrinsic to our culture.  There is a huge investment in SHL currently so there’s no better time to become a part of something transformational.  Hybrid working is available. 
What You Will Be Doing
- Team Management & Development: Hire, train, and coach QA Engineers; set goals; oversee performance, motivation, and daily task allocation.
- Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA plans with delivery goals; estimate effort and timelines; maintain resource capacity across multiple projects.
- Process Ownership & Improvement: Design and improve QA processes; ensure accurate defect logging; identify and implement QA automation opportunities.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular QA updates, track key metrics, and report testing progress to highlight trends and drive continuous improvement.
Essential
What we are looking for from you:
- Experience in Content QA, including test case creation and strategy.
- Basic knowledge of QA automation tools and concepts.
- Experienced in SQL for data validation and examination.
Desirable
- Familiar with JIRA or similar tools.
- Knowledge of how to comprehend code/architecture or willingness to learn.
- Testing certification preferred.
