Job Title: Clinical Lead – Digital Oncology Initiatives

Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced medical professional to join our digital health team focused on oncology care delivery. The role involves clinical content development, workflow coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to support the implementation of digital tools and platforms that improve cancer care access and quality across India.

Key Responsibilities

● Draft and review oncology-specific clinical protocols, decision-support tools, and patient care pathways for integration into digital platforms and mobile applications.

● Coordinate clinical documentation workflows for the national teleconsultation initiative, supporting the development of a scalable tele-oncology platform.

● Provide clinical inputs across NCG digital oncology initiatives such as the Virtual Tumor Board (VTB) Library, Digital Health Foundation Course, and similar programs.

● Assist in developing oncology-specific content and features for the NCG mobile apps, ensuring clinical relevance and usability.

● Participate in clinical data extraction, standardization, and validation for use in research, clinical audits, and performance monitoring.

● Support monitoring and evaluation by gathering and synthesizing clinician and end-user feedback on digital tool performance.

Desired Profile

Education and Experience

 MBBS or higher medical qualification is mandatory.

 Postgraduate qualification in Oncology, Public Health, or related disciplines is highly

preferred.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical settings, ideally with direct exposure to

oncology care delivery.

 Prior experience with digital health projects, clinical documentation systems, or quality

improvement in healthcare is strongly desirable.
