We are seeking a proactive Client Services Manager to own the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring every client realises measurable ROI while identifying expansion opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, delivering responsive, white-glove support on-site at client offices across India.
- Plan and execute structured onboarding programmes, driving adoption of platform features, integrations, and analytics dashboards within 30-60-90-day milestones.
- Monitor service delivery KPIs, troubleshoot workflow issues with product and engineering teams, and escalate blockers to maintain 99.9% uptime and event success.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, present performance insights, and craft data-backed recommendations that increase usage and upsell add-on modules.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources—design, marketing, and technical ops—to ensure timely execution of client campaigns and event timelines.
- Document best practices, contribute to knowledge base articles, and mentor junior associates on client communication standards.

Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or service delivery within SaaS, events, or digital marketing domains.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Must have min.3 years’ experience in the relevant field
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or BI dashboards to interpret usage metrics and retention data.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication; additional Indian languages a plus.
