Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief of Staff, located in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting the executive team in daily operations, strategic planning, and decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars, coordinating cross-departmental projects, preparing reports and presentations, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient execution of company initiatives. Additionally, the role involves oversight of special projects and driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Experience in executive support, project management, and strategic planning Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Show more Show less
