Compensation:

• Equity up to 10%

  (4-year vesting with 1-year cliff)

• No salary for the first 6 months

• Post-6 months: performance-based salary structure + revised compensation plan

full-time Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Growth Strategy & GTM

• Develop and lead

  marketing strategies

  to generate qualified leads for our Application Development & Modernization services
• Define

  positioning, messaging

  , and GTM plans based on ICP
• Design and test

  marketing campaigns across channels

  LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, SEO, content, communities, events, etc.

Lead Generation

• Build and manage

  inbound and outbound lead funnels

• Create outreach workflows and automation
• Identify and act on opportunities via different

  directories and/or partner networks

Pre-Sales Enablement

• Collaborate with the founder and delivery team to create

  proposals, pitch decks, capability overviews, and case studies

• Own

  qualification, nurturing, and conversion

  of leads into paying clients
• Track KPIs from campaign to conversion and improve continuously
  

Brand & Presence

• Build brand visibility through

  content, partnerships, events, PR, or webinars

• Lead the creation of

  blogs, videos, and lead magnets

  that align with business goals
• Establish the company's voice and authority on digital transformation and modern app development

• More than 10 years of experience in

  B2B marketing or growth roles

  , preferably in tech services, SaaS, or digital agencies
• Proven success in

  generating qualified leads and closing opportunities in IT services / digital tech domain

• Comfortable using tools for

  marketing automation, CRM, analytics, content, email, and lead gen

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset - able to take ownership, act with autonomy, and drive measurable results
• Willingness to commit

  full-time from day one

  , without a salary for the first 6 months
