Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Manufacturing Sector Location: Shirpur, Maharashtra Department: Accounts & Finance Reports To: CFO / Financial Controller Company: Sanstar Pvt. Ltd. With a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, Sanstar’s Shirpur facility is a key production hub supporting the company’s growth and financial operations. Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee core accounting functions, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting at our Shirpur manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong knowledge of costing, GST, and manufacturing accounts, and be capable of aligning accounting practices with operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, general ledger, and month-end closures. Prepare and analyze financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliance. Handle costing, inventory valuation, and product cost analysis. Prepare monthly MIS reports for management and audit teams. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors; ensure timely closure of audits. Monitor accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other financial regulations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Suggest and implement process improvements in finance and controls. Qualifications & Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified. 2–6 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting preferred. Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Excel, and other financial software. Strong understanding of cost accounting and indirect taxation. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working in plant-based finance operations is a plus.
