Job Description

Company Overview One of the fastest growing fintech companies that has built a full-stack financial platform for Bharat 2.0. They have multiple financial products on their platform, viz, Lending, Insurance and Investments. They have an AUM of more than INR 1000 cr and about 500 employees. Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive market research to identify investment opportunities in the digital gold sector. Develop and implement effective investment strategies tailored to client needs. Analyze current market trends and forecast future performance of digital gold assets. Evaluate potential risks and rewards associated with investment options. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of investment strategies with overall goals. Create detailed financial models to guide decision-making processes. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings. Engage with external partners and investment firms to expand investment opportunities. Monitor the performance of investments and adjust strategies as needed based on market conditions. Provide training and support to junior team members on investment processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance investment performance. Act as a subject matter expert in digital assets, particularly digital gold. Prepare and manage budgets related to investment projects. Participate in networking events to promote the company’s investment offerings. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in fintech with digital investment products like digital gold, mutual funds, fixed income assets, etc. Proven experience with digital assets and investment strategies. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market. Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders. Relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.) are preferred.
