What will you do?

Build the most loved brand to borrow money from our customers!➔ Train, supervise, and manage a team of Credit Verification Officers.➔ Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure productivity and adherence toTAT/timelines.➔ Lead teams in performing thorough RV/OV Verification of applications to identifyfraudulent activities.➔ Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for enhancing creditverification processes.➔ Provide guidance and support to the team in handling complex credit verification cases.➔ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in creditmanagement.➔ Prepare regular reports on team performance and provide insights for processimprovement.➔ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Skills: credit,underwriting,team management,fraud detection,stakeholder collaboration,credit verification,management,process improvement,regulatory compliance
