We have an opening for Business Strategy - Digital Transformation (AI/ML) - GCC - NBFC.
Location: Mumbai
Utilize Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Power Automate, Azure AI, Dynamics 365) to build scalable
solutions and dashboards
Lead/Support Global Command Centre (GCC) operations, ensuring seamless AI & digital tool
integration for real-time monitoring and decision-making
Drive end-to-end digital transformation from planning to execution using AI, RPA, NLP, and
cloud platforms (Azure etc)
Collaborate with IT, business teams, and leadership to align AI/digital roadmaps with BFSI
regulatory and operational needs
Analyze large datasets to generate insights and present findings via data storytelling &
visualization tools
Design, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models for fraud detection, customer analytics, risk
management, and process automation in BFSI.
2-5 years in AI/ML, digital transformation, and GCC (Global Command Centre) operations within BFSI sector
Strong expertise in Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Azure AI, Teams/SharePoint
automation)
Proven experience in AI/digital strategy planning assessing business needs, selecting tools,
and implementing scalable solutions
Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow / PyTorch, RPA (UiPath/Blue Prism) and
cloud platforms
