About the Company

We are a leading IP & Trademark attorney firm based in Ahmedabad, offering comprehensive legal and business consulting services to startups and SMEs across India and abroad. Our services include intellectual property management, startup compliance, global business setup, legal advisory, and strategic consulting. We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to streamline business operations and ensure smooth delivery of services across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight:
• Manage daily operations across departments to ensure seamless client servicing and internal process efficiency. Coordinate between legal, consulting, and business development teams.
• Client Management:

Be the key point of contact for high-value domestic and international clients. Ensure timely responses, follow-ups, and resolution of queries with a professional, client-first approach.

• Team Coordination:

Supervise cross-functional teams (legal, BD, marketing, consulting) and ensure performance metrics are met. Lead, mentor, and inspire team members toward common goals.Identify and tap into new business opportunities through strategic alliances, partnerships, and networking. Follow up on leads and convert them into active engagements.Support and oversee execution of marketing campaigns (offline/online), brand visibility initiatives, and content generation. Work closely with digital agencies or internal teams.Suggest and implement process improvements for better productivity. Prepare regular reports on performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics for management.Act as the liaison between management, clients, vendors, and external consultants. Represent the organization with professionalism in client meetings, events, and conferences.Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field preferred
• Experience: 4–7 years in a similar role. Experience in legal consulting, IP, business advisory or startup ecosystem is highly desirable.
