About the Role

Business Operations Manager

What You’ll Do

Build and enforce SOPs across sales, marketing, and delivery teams
Own MIS reports, dashboards, and basic financial tracking (P&L, ROI)
Coordinate with CA/legal teams for compliance and documentation
Track operations, timelines, and ensure smooth project execution
Assist the founder with investor decks, reports, and strategic planning

Strong knowledge of operations, process building, and workflow management
Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and project trackers
Ability to manage compliance, vendor contracts, and internal reporting
Thrives in fast-paced, startup environments with dynamic timelines
