Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth for our audio-visual rental business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in consultative sales, high-value client relationship management, and business strategy. You will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities, crafting tailored AV solutions, and cultivating lasting client partnerships with high-net-worth individuals and corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategic Growth:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries, with a focus on high-ticket clients and premium events.
  • Create strategic outreach plans and execute targeted campaigns to grow the client base.
  • Conduct client consultations and AV Solutions presentations with a solution-driven approach.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Offer personalized solutions based on client preferences, event scale, and budget.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term relationships and referrals.

Sales Planning & Execution:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts that align with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative and operations team to customize AV offerings per event requirement.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with clear value articulation.

Back-End Sales Operations:

  • Oversee order processing, AV equipment allocation, and scheduling.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Liaise with logistics and technical teams for timely execution of event requirements.

Performance Tracking & Analysis:

  • Monitor sales targets, generate performance reports, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Well versed with using the CRM tools for accurate data recording and analysis
  • Adhere to the process flow and protocols
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and quarterly sales planning.
  • Having deep knowledge of excel is an added advantage

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the AV/event production industry.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales documentation processes.
  • Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Owning a vehicle and valid driver’s license is preferred.
