What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth for our software services & products.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to expand our market reach.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales metrics, analyse performance data, and generate regular reports to assess progress towards goals.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Open to relocating to Malaysia
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven Track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software products, technology trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
