Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Mtalkz’s CPaaS offerings, including SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, and Email solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end B2B sales cycles—from lead generation and qualification to product presentations, proposal building, and deal closure.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound sales initiatives.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Engage and consult with senior-level stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CMOs, CTOs) to deliver customized communication solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecast pipelines, and track performance using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, and marketing) to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree, with 3–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise client acquisition and solution-based sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage CXO-level clients.
  • Experience in cross-selling and managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills to translate business needs into tailored communication solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
