Business Development Manager

We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, real estate developers, and property managers Develop and execute strategic partnership agreements with complementary businesses Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure Market Development Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients Revenue Growth Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Negotiate contracts and pricing structures while maintaining healthy profit margins Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless project handoffs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field 3-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in design, construction, or related industries Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of interior design processes and project workflows Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings Preferred Qualifications Experience in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry Existing network of contacts in real estate, hospitality, or commercial sectors Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
