Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new leads across targeted geographies (India, US, UK, APAC, etc.) through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, enterprise applications, and digital transformation. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to clients. Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions that address client requirements. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless handover to project delivery teams. Maintain strong post-sales relationships and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
