Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Promote company services including training programs, staffing solutions, and consulting services. Meet sales targets and generate leads through direct field sales efforts. Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Visit educational institutions, companies, and potential client offices to pitch services. Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Collect feedback and market intelligence to support strategic improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales or marketing preferred (freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively for field work. Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven personality.
