Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development and Strategy Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Conduct market research to understand trends, target markets, and customer needs. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing relationships. 2. Sales and Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure beneficial outcomes for all parties. 3. Market Analysis and Reporting Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales and marketing strategies. Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and forecasts to senior management. 5. Client Retention and Upselling Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address concerns proactively. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. 6. Representation and Networking Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the brand. Build and nurture a strong professional network to support business growth.
