Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a key contributor to our sales function, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of B2B selling, excellent networking capabilities, and a passion for business growth. Objectives of the Role: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation tools. Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to increase engagement and loyalty. Plan, implement, and manage sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to discover new potential clients and business sectors. Develop, customize, and present proposals and solutions tailored to client needs. Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and follow-up to closing deals and post-sale relationship management. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns. Represent Royal Tint at trade shows, client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences. Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for growth. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report results to the senior leadership team and stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or related roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage accounts. Strong problem-solving, networking, and project management abilities. Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
