Independence & Teamwork: Work both independently and as part of a team, juggling multiple projects and deadlines while staying within budget. Process Improvement: Identify areas to improve design capabilities and streamline existing design processes. Database Management: Maintain and update internal design databases for social media platform and other visual assets. Responsibilities: Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work closely with the marketing team, clients, and other departments to strategize and create design materials that include web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, marketing materials, and more. Brand Consistency: Translate strategic ideas into high-quality designs that fit within established brand guidelines, ensuring all designs are consistent and aligned with brand identity. Design Creation: Develop design concepts by hand or using design software, determining the optimal use of color, text, fonts, imagery, and layout for each project. Project Management: Oversee the design and uploading process for all project materials, ensuring proper use of content management systems and following best practices. Market Awareness: Leverage current trends and market insights to influence design decisions and stay ahead of industry shifts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Creativity: Strong ability to think creatively and produce innovative design solutions.
