Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls or demos.
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant software solutions.
  • Maintain lead records in CRM and coordinate with marketing for campaign support.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders).
  • Achieve monthly lead and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales (preferably IT/software services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
