Learn more: https://edugenius.in Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in expanding our B2B footprint by engaging educational institutions, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue through strategic planning and effective client engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the EdTech sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, networking, and partnership development. Conduct in-person school visits and deliver impactful product demonstrations to principals and institutional decision-makers. Effectively present and promote our solutions, including Smart Panels, 3D Labs, E-Libraries, and Innovation Labs. Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to align sales strategies with company objectives. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine business strategies. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Track sales metrics, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular performance reports to senior management. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage. Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the organization. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 4–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably within the EdTech, Education, or Technology sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and product demonstrations.
