BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Academic Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the education sector, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships with academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within the academic sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients including universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Sales Execution:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and high customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities effectively.
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

QUALIFICATION

  • DEGREE & ABOVE

  • MINIMUM 2 -3 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS BDM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
