Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and help us grow by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue. The BDM will play a key role in acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in the design and marketing industry. Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Client Acquisition : Pitch Art League’s services to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Relationship Management : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Strategy : Create and execute strategies for business growth, including marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnership opportunities. Market Research : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop new business strategies. Reporting : Track sales metrics, maintain client records, and provide regular reports on progress and performance to leadership. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong understanding of both Indian and global markets. Proven track record in the creative industry (branding, design, digital marketing, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. Preferred Skills : Experience with building and managing client relationships. Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.
