Job Description About the Role: We are excited to welcome a results-driven and strategic-thinking Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire sales process, showcasing our cutting-edge web and app development, as well as UI/UX services, to a diverse global client base. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a robust lead generation strategy using a mix of proactive outreach methods, including personalized emails, cold calling, and leveraging LinkedIn to attract high-quality leads. Engage with clients to understand their needs deeply and recommend customized technological solutions that align with their objectives. Prepare and present compelling proposals, accurate project estimates, and detailed scopes of work with professionalism and clarity. Conduct productive client meetings across various time zones, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships that drive sustained business growth. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Mentor and train interns to refine our sales processes and frameworks. Stay updated on industry trends within sectors such as SaaS, eCommerce, and Healthcare to offer innovative solutions to clients. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously optimize the sales funnel and enhance overall efficiency. ✅ Preferred Skills & Experience: Proven success in a web or app development agency or a relevant industry. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and Node.js. Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. Excellent communication skills with a talent for overcoming objections effectively. Demonstrated experience in creating impactful proposals, delivering presentations, and providing accurate estimations to clients. 🛠 Tools You'll Work With: CRM Systems: HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive.
