We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Business development executive to join our growing team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your goal will be to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and create tailored solutions that benefit both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients or markets. Generate leads through various sources, including cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment on business objectives.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Provide regular updates on progress toward sales targets.
  • Customer Retention & Upselling: After initial sales, ensure continued client satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
