To know more visit: www.kyari.co Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyse, and interpret data related to customer behavior, sales performance, and market trends using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Business Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor KPIs (such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, CAC, retention rates) and provide actionable insights to improve business performance. Market Research: Analyse competitors and industry trends to guide product positioning, pricing strategies, and identify potential new market opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across marketing, product development, and operations to ensure the seamless execution of strategies that enhance customer experience and business growth. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and provide recommendations for improvement to increase profitability and streamline workflows. Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in developing forecasts and financial models to project sales, customer acquisition costs, and overall business growth. Customer Feedback: Collaborate with the customer service and product teams to understand pain points and help shape product development strategies based on feedback. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a D2C, eCommerce, or retail environment. Freshers May also apply CTC 2.4 LPA-3LPA
