We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of wealth management products and services to join a fast-paced transformation team. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead strategic initiatives across Managed Investments, Private Markets, Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, and Discretionary Portfolio Management.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead large-scale business analysis and transformation initiatives across multiple wealth management domains.
• Engage with stakeholders to uncover improvement areas in investment strategy, advisory, and discretionary portfolio services.
• Create detailed business requirements, process maps, and use cases aligned with transformation objectives.
• Conduct gap analyses, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-informed optimizations.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with advisors, investment teams, and IT to align strategy and execution.
• Deliver actionable insights and compelling business cases to senior leadership.
• Partner with data science teams to develop predictive models for portfolio optimization and risk management.
• Mentor junior analysts and support a culture of continuous improvement.

✅ Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in wealth management or financial services.
• Strong domain knowledge across Managed Investments, Private Markets, Investment Advisory, and Portfolio Management.
• Proven experience driving end-to-end transformation projects in financial services or banking environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Adept in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence; exposure to SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/QlikView) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative setup.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CFA, FRM, or an advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance or Data Science) are advantageous.
