Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing internal processes, customer behavior, market trends, and business data to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business operations, travel package performance, sales trends, and customer data
• Work closely with departments such as Tour Packages, Visa, Medical Tourism, and Forex to gather and evaluate data
• Identify operational inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management
• Assist in planning new packages, pricing strategies, and service improvements
• Conduct competitor and market research to support new business strategies
• Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with the tech and operations teams to enhance CRM, software usability, and automation processes
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, BBA, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a business analysis, data analysis, or operations role (experience in the travel industry preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of CRM and business software tools
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience and skills)
