Business Analyst

You will be joining a dynamic team at Eazy ERP Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Business Analyst. Your primary responsibility will involve liaising with clients to understand their requirements and collaborating with project managers to document these requirements for new projects. Furthermore, you will be accountable for overseeing and tracking project plans, documenting crucial actions and decisions, and executing tasks related to the development and delivery of customizations. In addition to the above, you will play a key role in delegating tasks to internal teams, acting as a primary point of contact for project status updates, and ensuring timely reporting to the management team. As an ideal candidate, you should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any stream, while individuals with a B.Tech + MBA background will be given preference. Strong communication skills, particularly in documentation such as BRD, FRD, Flowcharts, and Project Plans, are essential for this role. Your ability to deliver tasks punctually, along with effective team handling and coordination capabilities, will be crucial for success in this position. Key skills required for this role include client coordination, project management, documentation, task assignment, and exceptional communication skills.
