We are seeking a self-driven Business Analyst / Product Owner to manage and scale our in-house platforms – Aqualogix (IoT-based project monitoring) and the Complaint Management Portal . This role connects business needs with digital execution, ensuring seamless web and mobile platform development. Key Responsibilities: Translate business goals into technical requirements and user stories. Define workflows, logic, and functional specifications. Create PRDs, wireframes, and Figma designs for development. Collaborate with developers, clarify queries, and ensure delivery quality. Write test cases, conduct user testing, and ensure bug resolution. Run SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting. Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience as a BA or Product Owner in a tech company. Solid understanding of web/mobile platforms & UI/UX principles. Hands-on with Figma , SQL , and working knowledge of MongoDB . Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Basic coding skills and familiarity with AI tools are strong pluses. Show more Show less
