Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will analyze institutional needs, translate them into actionable insights, and support the development of innovative solutions that enhance educational operations and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to educational operations, academic processes, and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing) to design and improve education-centric systems and workflows.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis within the EdTech or academic ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Perform gap analysis, SWOT assessments, and root cause analysis for academic or administrative pain points.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including school/college administrators, faculty, and students, to capture insights and improve service delivery.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Support testing, UAT, and implementation of new features or educational modules.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the education domain (EdTech, universities, training institutes, etc.).
• Strong understanding of education workflows (admissions, curriculum, assessments, student lifecycle, etc.).
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate educational needs into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Education Management, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,172.77 - ₹60,000.02 per month
