Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, engage consumers, and drive sales. - Analyze the Profit & Loss (P&L) for e-commerce channels, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and drive growth.
- Monitor sales performance on e-commerce platforms and develop marketing strategies to boost conversions and visibility.
- Collaborate with marketplace teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure seamless coordination between e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns to deliver a consistent brand experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on 360-degree marketing and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills.
- Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
