Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA). The position is located in Hyderabad. The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing business strategies. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking sales metrics to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Strong Business Development and Market Research skills
Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills
Sales Strategy and Data Analysis skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
