Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Web Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems, APIs, and web functionalities that power our digital healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend logic, APIs, and database structures using Laravel and SQL.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to build full-stack web solutions.
• Perform backend integration for web applications and dashboards.
• Use Postman for API testing and Swagger for API documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend and API-related issues using VS Code.
• Ensure performance, security, and responsiveness of web applications.
• Contribute to UI improvements using Bootstrap for consistent styling.
• Write clean, modular code and participate in peer code reviews.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Proficiency in Laravel (PHP Framework) with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational database design.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript for backend logic or frontend integration.
• Experience with Bootstrap for UI elements and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
• Understanding of Swagger (OpenAPI) for documenting APIs.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio Code (VS Code).
• Strong understanding of Web Development principles and practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
