Senior QA Engineer / QA Engineer Shift: 11-8 Location: Noida Position Overview IVP QA team provides testing coverages for different IVP products and client implementations. We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team and drive the automation efforts for web applications, API testing, and performance testing. This role involves working closely with the product development team and Business Analysts, ensuring that we deliver well tested software that meets the business requirements of the product. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, JavaScript along with any of the modern day testing tools most preferably TestComplete, Postman, SoapUI, and JMeter, and will integrate automated tests within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities Automating test cases written and executed as part of new feature testing, and enabling automated regression runs for subsequent releases. Work with product and development teams to identify potential bugs and enhance and enrich the test cases. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete (JavaScript/Java) for web applications. Implement and manage API testing using Postman and SoapUI, including Groovy scripting for automation. Integrate TestComplete and API tests into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline. Develop and execute performance tests using JMeter to analyze system performance under load. Work with Azure Test Plans for test management, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure robust test coverage and seamless test execution. Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies to improve automation efficiency. Skills Experience in testing web applications. Experience using modern day scripting frameworks/Tools- TestComplete, Selenium, BDD Framework, Playwright or Cypress Experience in API testing using Postman/SoapUI. Knowledge of devOps processes preferably using Azure DevOps Experience with Azure or AWS components would be an added advantage. Experience in doing performance testing using Jmeter Experience with Microservices architecture, Kubernetes is an added advantage. Skill (ETL) Solid knowledge of SQL and SQL Performance/Tuning Preparation of test data for performance and functional testing Execute ETL workflows and validate data using SQL Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field Must have 4+ years of experience with Web Automation Testing Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have high demand for quality Expertise developing and managing support strategies and processes Experience with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle Quick learner and proactive with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment Ability to prioritize tasks and flexibility to work on multiple assignments Show more Show less
