Your Role
  • Lead design and implementation of Jira and Confluence solutions.
  • Align configurations with Agile, Scrum, and ITSM practices.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with Bitbucket, Slack, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and customize workflows.
  • Enhance tracking and documentation using automation, JQL, and marketplace apps.
  • Ensure governance, performance tuning, and compliance.
  • Mentor junior consultants and maintain best practices and documentation standards.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in Jira and Confluence implementation, customization, and support projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project tracking, and knowledge management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira workflows, custom fields, automation rules, and Confluence macros/templates.
  • Ability to lead client engagements, conduct training, and manage project deliverables.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
