This Position Reports To Digital Solution Engineering Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, We are looking for software professionals to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. The role requires one to lead or be part of a team with extensive experience on Python programming language to build highly scalable, cloud-native applications on the Azure platform. Candidate will be responsible for SQL and Advance SQL development along with Development of data integration modules (ETL/ELT) and should bring solid experience to our team implementing successful development projects This role is contributing to Process Automation for Digital business division based in Whitefield , Bangalore, India You Will Be Mainly Accountable For Demonstrate innovation in processes followed and/or solutions delivered and encouraged it within the team. Successfully deliver solutions and tasks assigned Adhere to processes, defined software development methodologies and best practices within the team. Deliver in predictable timelines and with predictable quality Development Technical understanding of ETL/ETL integration and its framework Good understanding on data warehouse concepts is required Experience with core Python and data processing modules Hands on experience with Python to deal with large data set processing and data transformation Proficient in SQL databases SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle and MongoDB. Qualifications For The Role Qualification : BE – Computer science Engineering or similar discipline 1-5 years of experience in writing SQL as per requirement though Python Development of ETL and ELT modules using Python Development of data transformation and processing modules Knowledge of “Real” Agile, TDD, Stateless Design, Microservices, Containerization, CI/CD, Cloud, etc. Diagnose and solve technical problems Working in a global software development team, sharing experience and skills with other team members More about us ABB is a leading global technology company that energizes the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.
