Assistant Manager / Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle labor management – contractor coordination, attendance supervision, and manpower planning.
• Ensure statutory and legal compliance – PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factory Act, etc.
• Address employee grievances and ensure smooth resolution in line with company policies.
• Coordinate payroll activities with the accounts/payroll team.
• Maintain HR documentation – personal files, leave records, contracts, compliance registers, etc.
• Liaise with government authorities for audits, inspections, and registrations.
• Drive employee engagement, discipline, and workplace communication.
• Assist management in developing HR policies and organizational planning.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a plant or manufacturing setup.
• Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and HR software.

  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
