Classify matters by type, urgency, and complexity. Assign cases to appropriate legal teams or escalate as necessary. Monitor case intake queues and ensure timely processing. Maintain records of triaged matters in a case management system. Communicate with internal clients or stakeholders to clarify requests. Ensure compliance with internal protocols and legal procedures. e-discovery document review for responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality and redactions.
