What will you do?

  • Drive revenue from corporates in the

    Logistics, Energy, Agri Tech, and Food Tech

    sectors through innovation-driven programs and engagements.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential, sector-specific clients with clear qualification and conversion strategies.
  • Pitch and close custom offerings, including startup challenges, proof-of-concept (PoC) pilots, accelerators, and other cohort-based innovation programs.
  • Track and analyze sectoral trends to proactively identify opportunities and tailor outreach strategies for maximum relevance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across scouting, delivery, and client success to ensure seamless program execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain discipline in CRM usage, update lead/opportunity statuses, and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Represent T-Hub at key industry events and sector-specific forums to build visibility and cultivate new leads.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through structured and strategic outreach.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage sector-specific corporates and drive revenue through innovation-led offerings.
  2. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through structured outreach and market mapping.
  3. Lead consultative sales efforts, including proposal development and program structuring.
  4. Coordinate internally for smooth delivery, post-sale support, and client retention.
  5. Track sector trends and represent T-Hub at strategic forums and platforms.

Desired Skills and Competencies

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, Energy, or Supply Chain
  • Master’s Degree preferred (MBA, M. Tech, PG Diploma in relevant sectors)

Experience

  • 6–8 years in B2B/Enterprise sales, sector partnerships, or solution selling in complex industries.
