What will you do?

Program Associate – Innovation

  • Support day-to-day operations and execution of innovation engagements (Example: mentorship, workshops, office hours, post-program support)
  • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Maintain program tracking via project management tools (Zoho Projects / Asana / similar)
  • Create and manage program reports, dashboards, communication templates, and knowledge assets
  • Collect, analyze, and act upon feedback to drive continuous program improvement


Expected Deliverables:

  • Effective execution of programs (startups/corporates/academia/government) with no major escalations
  • Consistent tracking, reporting, and improvement of program KPIs and stakeholder engagement metrics
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate high impact corporate events


Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree with a specialization in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in program coordination or similar roles, preferably in startup ecosystems, incubators, or corporate innovation teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, or Asana.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and driving structured program operations.
