Job Overview

We are seeking a technically adept and highly motivated AI Engineer to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI systems across multiple modalities including language, audio, and vision. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to research and

development. You will work alongside top talent to design, implement, and deploy advanced models and pipelines that power real-world intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning pipelines across NLP, ASR, TTS, computer vision, and audio classification domains.
• Develop and fine-tune transformer-based architectures for tasks in language, speech, and vision.
• Collaborate on the implementation and evaluation of agentic systems leveraging large language models (LLMs).
• Conduct rigorous experiments using statistical methods and ML evaluation metrics to guide iterative improvements.
• Integrate open-source and proprietary AI models using frameworks like Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenAI tools.
• Lead exploratory R&D efforts to prototype innovative features and evaluate state-of-the-art models.
• Support deployment and monitoring of models in production environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and researchers to align development efforts with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Proven experience working with:

o Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, Whisper, etc.)

o Natural Language Processing (e.g., tokenization, embeddings, NER, QA)

o Audio classification techniques and toolkits

o Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS)

o Computer Vision (e.g., CNNs, image segmentation, multimodal models)

o Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt-based systems

• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (e.g.,PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs)
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics, optimization techniques, and dataset curation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic frameworks and multi-agent system design
• Experience with different transformers architectures
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced research environment
