Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee regional sales operations for our electronic security product line, including CCTV, fire detection, burglar/intruder alarms, IoT-based smart security systems, and related accessories. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B and B2C security solution sales, a strong dealer/distributor network, and a solid understanding of integrated surveillance and protection systems. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand sales for CCTV, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, and smart security solutions across the assigned territory Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical briefings to clients and partners. Generate new business leads from industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional segments. Collaborate with marketing for promotions, expos, roadshows, and product launches. Regularly monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends. Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure pre- and post-sales support. Maintain and update CRM with client meetings, project status, and pipeline tracking. Ensure payment collections and timely invoicing from clients/dealers. Provide feedback to product and R&D teams regarding customer requirements and market needs. 📚 Required Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Electronics/IT background preferred) 3–7 years of experience in security systems sales (CCTV, fire, alarms, access control) Strong technical understanding of IP cameras, NVRs, intrusion systems, PIR sensors, GSM modules, AI-based security, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems Should be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory 💼 Preferred Skills: Prior experience working with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Texecom, AMC, Ajax, Bosch, Honeywell, etc. Exposure to government tenders, enterprise projects, and system integration models Knowledge of AMC contracts, CMS integration, AI-based alarm solutions, and cloud-based monitoring 🏆 Compensation & Benefits: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives Travel allowance + Communication reimbursement Annual performance bonus Opportunity to grow into Zonal / National Sales leadership roles
