This role will drive strategic initiatives, oversee cross‑functional processes (from supply chain to quality compliance), and mentor a team of associates to ensure operational excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across supply chain, production scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance, ensuring on time delivery and adherence to product standards.
