Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer with expertise in C#, .NET, and React JS to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients and enhance user experience. As a Senior Developer, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of software development best practices to lead projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that code quality and performance standards are upheld. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UX/UI designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies. Your ability to problem-solve and think critically will be crucial in tackling complex challenges, as you help to drive our product vision forward. In addition to technical proficiency, we are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, .NET, and React JS.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications.
Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team performance.
Implement best practices in software development, including unit testing and CI/CD processes.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and enhance performance.
Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our products.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Software Developer with a strong portfolio of projects using C#, .NET, and React JS.
In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical requirements.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with cloud services like Azure or AWS is a plus.
