Job Description

Location: Chennai preferred first, then Bangalore.

Type: Full-time

Compensation: USD 66,000/year (~$5,500/month)

Start date: Immediate hire


Overview

We’re hiring a Frontend App Architect to design the building blocks of our next-generation UI system spanning web, mobile, and chat interfaces. You’ll define the architecture, config schemas, documentation templates, and component patterns for a fully templatized, composable system built in React and powered by Cursor.

You’ll work closely with the design, backend, and platform leads to enable scalable delivery of UI/UX at speed across web dashboards, mobile apps, and real-time chat interfaces.



Responsibilities

System Architecture

  • Design frontend architecture using React (Web) and React Native (Mobile)
  • Define a code and config block pattern system in Cursor
  • Architect 
  • a system of reusable primitives across UI, state, data, and interaction layers
  • Integrate with nats.io


Component Architecture

  • Documented blueprints and templates for:
  • App UI (Material, Tailwind, Blueprint, Spectrum)
  • App Animation (React Move, Framer Motion)
  • App State/Data (Redux Toolkit, XState, TanStack Query, Apollo)
  • App Accessibility (React Aria, Downshift)
  • Forms (React Hook Form, Formik)
  • Rendering (Next.js, TypeScript, SSR/ISR)
  • Mobile App (React Native components with shared logic and theming)
  • Chat UI (configurable messaging, command input, integration-ready)


Grid Architecture

  • Architect a highly configurable AG Grid system
  • Core features: rows, columns, filtering, editing
  • Advanced: pivoting, grouping, server-side, performance tuning
  • All delivered as templated code/config blocks


Documentation & Dev Workflow

  • Define naming, structure, and documentation standards
  • Establish conventions for Cursor-based development workflows


Requirements

  • 8+ years frontend experience; 3+ years React architecture
  • Deep experience in component-driven and design system development
  • Cursor (or AI IDE) experience
  • Proven delivery of multi-platform frontend (Web + React Native)
  • AG Grid (Core + Enterprise) experience
  • Strong documentation-first, config-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
