AI/ML Engineer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a full-time AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions to enhance our platform features, automate processes, and improve user experience. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers with strong skills or early-career AI/ML professionals to work on impactful real-world projects in a fast-scaling edtech startup.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Model Development & Deployment

• Design and build scalable machine learning models to support business needs (e.g. recommendation systems, NLP-based automation, analytics predictions).
• Deploy ML models into production environments with efficient pipelines.

🔹 Data Analysis & Feature Engineering

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to derive insights and build features for AI/ML models.
• Work with data analysts to identify key data trends and opportunities for automation.

🔹 AI Solution Implementation

• Develop AI-driven solutions for chatbots, automated evaluation systems, and personalised learning pathways on the InternVault platform.

🔹 Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with latest AI/ML research and propose innovative applications relevant to the business.

🔹 Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to integrate AI solutions into platform workflows.
• Maintain clear documentation for models, processes, and code repositories.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field

✔ Freshers with strong academic projects or internships in AI/ML are welcome

✔ Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)

✔ Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and model evaluation

✔ Experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and data visualisation

✔ Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommender systems is a plus

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
