Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Ad Tech Executive to join our fast-paced team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital tracking tools, marketing pixels, and app management platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical troubleshooting skills and a passion for optimizing digital performance. Key Responsibilities: Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) . Monitor and resolve issues with on-site pixels, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. Manage and optimize app attribution tracking using Appsflyer , ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy. Configure and troubleshoot marketing pixels, Floodlights , and other tracking tags to support digital advertising campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize ad tech tools, including Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and similar platforms. Develop and maintain documentation for tracking implementations and troubleshooting processes. Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure tracking solutions align with business goals. Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and address discrepancies or inefficiencies. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) , troubleshooting pixels, and managing app attribution tools like Appsflyer . Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing pixel implementation, Floodlights, and ad tech platforms such as Campaign Manager 360 . Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues in both web and mobile app environments. Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with debugging tools such as Google Chrome Developer Tools, Tag Assistant, Google Analytics, or equivalent. Analytical Skills: Understanding of data flows between tracking platforms and advertising tools to drive actionable insights. Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, or a related field preferred.
